I feel like I’ve always had a love for Amazon, but throughout this pandemic, I think it’s turned into a little more than just a love. The best part about it is that sometimes I forget what I order and it’s like a surprise to myself when the Amazon truck shows up! I swear it’s Chase’s favorite part of the day when he gets to watch the truck drive by. His little face pressed up against the front window makes my heart literally melt. It’s SO cute. Amazon is seriously the most convenient service ever and makes shopping so much easier and safer, especially with a one year old. We’ve been trying our best to only leave the house if we absolutely need to (besides going on walks and to the park of course!), so having the option to have our monthly necessities delivered right to our doorstep is super nice for us.
When it’s time for our monthly Amazon order, I like to go around the house to see what we’ve used up that we need to refill and what we didn’t have that we wish we did. I definitely recommend making organized lists on Amazon for the items you’re using often! I’ve spent the last few weeks looking through my previous Amazon orders and around the house to come up with a list of my repurchased items that I couldn’t live without this month and wanted to share them on the blog with you all. I hope this helps anyone who may be needing some Amazon inspiration, or gives you a sign to buy all the things that are currently your cart that you’ve been putting off ordering.
Cleaning Supplies & Home
We get a lot of our cleaning supplies from Amazon and order items like these monthly. It’s way more convenient for us to just order what we need, when we need it. Plus, Amazon always has our favorites in stock! We are constantly repurchasing all kinds of soap these days and Amazon has definitely made it easier for us to keep up with. We also always stock up on things like disinfecting wipes, natural stain remover, countertop cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
Mama’s Must Haves
As you all have probably put together from my other blogs and Instagram posts, I love self care. Especially with all the craziness of this move, I’ve been trying my best to take time for myself every week. I love spending time with my boys, but sometimes mama needs her alone time. Besides buying things for the house, a lot of the products I get for myself are geared toward skin care, self care, and beauty.
When I was pregnant with Chase, and throughout my postpartum period, Bio Oil was in my Amazon cart every month. I used this a lot during the winter months because it absorbs so well and really drenches my dry skin with all the nutrients! Recently with all Chase’s cuts and bruises I’ve been using bio oil on him too. He has a little gash under his chin from a big spill last week, so I’ve been dabbing it 3x a day with bio oil so it doesn’t scar.
I’m absolutely obsessed with this hair mask by NEXXUS. It’s seriously so amazing and leaves my hair feelings so soft and healthy. I like getting the individual packs rather than the big tub so I can take them with me on the go. It works wonders for your hair especially if you’re a blonde like me!
I recently mentioned these in My Favorite Evening Self-Care Products blog and needed to include them in here too because I’ve been obsessed with them lately. The bath bombs from Sea Salt Suds are incredible and available on Amazon Prime. Chase used me last one the other night so I had to get more. Free one day shipping has my heart!!!!
I’ve gotten a ton of questions lately asking about my eyelashes and what I use to get them looking long and thick. I’ve always had really long black lashes but I lost a ton of them throughout my postpartum phase. Besides my normal mascara application, my secret is GrandeLASH MD lash serum. I’ve repurchased this a couple times from Amazon because the shipping is honestly so much faster. The tube comes with 3 months worth of product and I try to use this serum every night as one of the last steps to my bathroom routine.
Chase’s Must Haves
Chase’s necessities are easy. We buy the same things pretty much every month with a few unique things thrown in sometimes. I’ve talked about water wipes so much and I won’t stop because they’re just amazing! We seriously do order a huge box of these every month because we go through them so quickly. We also get Chase the Pampers Overnight Diapers, Huggies Special Delivery Hypoallergenic Baby Diapers, Shampoo and Body Wash by Mustela. I also make sure to always restock on our favorite baby hand sanitizing wipes as well.
Our Amazon orders are always changing, but these have been some of our common repurchases that we couldn’t live without. Ryan and I are constantly getting boxes delivered to our front step from Amazon, but at least we know we’re being smart and safe for our family during this time. If you have any Amazon monthly must-haves, share them with me in the comments section. Let’s use this space to help each other out with our Amazon obsessions!
See you next month with my new order details!!
